The pair has been active since 2016 when they released their debut single, Heart Collision. Their follow up single, Juxtapose was released in October 2017 and was nominated for a 2018 WA Music (WAM) Song of the Year Award in the electronic category. In 2019, Corbelle released a commissioned piece titled Twenty Two, which was selected for the Listen Up Music Songwriting Prize Grand Final in Sydney.

Offering a sound likened to Portishead, Lamb and Dead Can Dance, the duo's emotionally charged music bends genres, sitting somewhere between ambient and trip hop. Recent compositions using modular synthesiser, signify a change in direction for Corbelle having spent the past two years experimenting with modular synthesis.
