Hannah Price is a singer/songwriter from Hobart who began performing solo in 2018 while living in Japan. Now back in Tasmania she plays regularly at various local pubs and bars.  Starting out with acoustic folk repertoire accompanying herself on the guitar recently she has been experimenting with a more electronic style with her looping station.  Hannah's music drifts between genres including folk, indie, pop, and jazz, always with a strong emphasis on emotion and storytelling. Having only recently started songwriting she hopes to record her growing number of originals at some point, but that's yet to come.  'Sipping at white wine and listening to your voice is the perfect combination. So compelling and intriguing,' -is one of her favourite reactions from a listener who had stayed through 3 hours of music one night at a bar in Japan.  Some musical highlights from Hannah's time in Japan were playing at the Niseko Autumn Food and Arts Festival (2018), and holding residential artistry at both Tanuki Bar in Nozawa and at The Shaggy Yak in Madarao, and she is now thoroughly enjoying exploring the wonderful opportunities here in Tassie.
