Seven years after the release of his debut album, Samuel Marshall returns with his new single Beautiful Awakening. In contrast to the eclectic sounds of his earlier work, this track reveals a more minimalistic and introspective side to Marshall’s musical evolution. For both Beautiful Awakening and the EP it is drawn from, Marshall embraced simplicity, limiting himself to just one electric guitar, an amplifier, and his voice. The result is an atmospheric and emotive preview of his forthcoming EP, set for release in 2025.
