Thelma drive are a 5 piece band based in Nipaluna, blending jazz sensibility with groove-heavy rhythms and soulful improvisation. Drawing inspiration from Esperanza Spalding’s fluid, exploratory jazz, Vulfpeck’s tight pocket grooves and infectious basslines, and warm reggae and Zeppelin-esque rock textures of the 60s and 70s, Crafting a unique sound.
