Rcc unfurls softness, noise and love from pop music creating what has been described as "the residual trace of Ariana Grande’s backing band drifting through an abandoned stadium in the year 2042;” a tactile, exclusive, ambisonic dance music form that is rendered in live mashups, holographic club music, wavy drums and spiraling five-dimensional guitar efxs. Rcc's 2022 debut single Search Light captures a new direction in hybrid dance music that is exclusive to Tasmania. Their deconstructed events bring light to their sheer virtuosity while a repository of blends, mashups & mixes suspends a point in the groups ever evolving hyper-melodic forms, infinite subdivisions and emotional registers.
