This song was inspired by a young girl I saw in the street. She was only about 4 and was crying for her parents to listen to her and running to keep up with them. You could tell she wasn’t going to have the easiest childhood, and the memory of her stuck with me, so when I got to my bus stop I began writing a song for her and this is what it ended up as.
